I have to post this picture before I forget. Someone asked us recently if Lucy was spoiled. We thought about it for a while and thought she probably wasn't because she listened to us when we told her not to get on the couch. But this morning I looked at our non-spacious living room and realized that our dog has more space reserved for her than both of us combined. Spoiled? Check it out: the couch has a blue blanket, for Lucy. The recliner has a green sheet, for Lucy. The middle of the floor has a big pillow bed, for Lucy.
PS Note the 409 bottle dominating the landscape. So chic. That's Lucy's bark deterrant (there's water inside, don't worry.)
