Right after I posted yesterday, I found a recipe for a smoothie I've been wanting to try. It's supposed to reduce cravings, so I went out today and bought a few more items to add to my smoothies in future. In fact, I added bee pollen & lecithin yogurt/applesauce/blueberries this a.m. Was berry good.
I also got green powder and drinkable aloe gel. Drank 2 oz of the aloe....hmm, I think I'll add it to juice next time. Not a great taste.
Some of the other ingredients in the no-craving recipe: rice milk, soy milk, apple juice, banana, strawberries, blackstrap molasses, black cherry juice concentrate, brewer's yeat, flaxseed oil.
