My doctor wants my cholesterol to come down...right away! She won't let me procrastinate anymore. She says the best way she knows of is to go on the Fat Flush Plan. I have a friend who followed her advice and she not only pared down the cholesterol numbers but lost a lot of weight. I want to but am not good at getting started. Anyone have any ideas to get me started? There are so many foods I have to stock up on...and following the strict timetable....etc. Ack. Not my forte. I told Dan it would be easier if he'd go away for a month. Poor guy...not his fault that I'm so easily distracted. I have to do it, though, so will find some way.
Oh, I just got an idea: if I have low cholesterol I'll probably live healthier longer...which means more time with Claudine and Mia! So I'm putting a picture here to motivate me. They're certainly worth it, aren't they?
