Food diary


I sometimes eat without thinking and end up eating too much and/or bad stuff. It helps for me to write a food diary but I always forget. So I'm going to try a picture food diary, see if that will help me focus on good eating. It means I'll take a picture of everything I eat (maybe not post it ALL here, how boring) and line the pictures up in iPhoto for me to gasp and gape at. Here's #1. Applesauce with cinnamon sugar and fresh grated ginger. Chocolate ovaltine soy milk. Poached egg on grainy bread and a dash of cayenne. I'm pretty good at putting cayenne and ginger on lots of food now...so healthy.
