A Quote from Nova Clutch

I've just found a blog that makes me think. Go to Nova Clutch here. They have a nice mixture of posts but I'm attracted to them, maybe just based on this one quote, but I still like to visit them every day:

"Where do we find the value in throwing out photos and snippets of our lives and experiences into the flotsam and jetsom of a self-important and indulgent sea of blogs? Are we modern day Samuel Pepys or pathetic individuals tossing out keywords and topics into the void in hopes of finding ourselves on the top five listing of someone's Google search, or at the receiving end of a reader's comment?

By creating content, do we create meaning for others, or even ourselves? By showing our person do we create friendships or only networks that offer our art and opinion as just another way of creating commerce? When does sharing become a labor, and not a love?"

With all the blogging I'm doing lately I do wonder about this stuff now.
